Bereavement Network

Startup Room

The focus of our project is supporting people bereaved by suicide, but anyone working with bereavement as part of their role is welcome to join our Bereavement Network meetings which run twice a year.

These meetings aim to bring together a broad range of professionals across the health service, education, hospices, religious organisations, counsellors, emergency services and more, in order to connect to

other professionals, share learnings, best practices, current challenges and upcoming events.

It is the hope that by raising awareness of what support is available across the County, we can work together to ensure anyone suffering with any form of bereavement gets the support they need as quickly as possible.

If you are a Frontline worker you can get support here.

Meetings are generally held in Taunton or Bridgwater, running from 10am to 1.30pm with a light lunch included.

If you are interested in joining the Bereavement Network or would like further information, please feel free to email Alison Muir
